X Factor Equine Performance, LLC attends a limited number of clinics, shows, and/or expos throughout the year as a demo speaker or therapeutic service provider. Cancellation Policy

We ask that anyone needing to reschedule or cancel their session provide us with at least 24 hours advance notice. In the event of a client no-show or last-minute cancellation, a $30 rescheduling fee may be applied to the next booking. Three instances of no-shows or last-minute cancellations will necessitate nonrefundable payments in advance for all future services.
